The eight steps, as they run on the floor

Each step runs on the actual equipment and lines of our Gimpo R&D facility.

STEP 01

Selected raw milk and ingredients are received and inspected.

STEP 02

Heated and kneaded in a 600 KG vacuum cooker.

STEP 03

Formed to specification on the MF 62 molding machine.

STEP 04

Individually quick-frozen in the spiral freezer.

STEP 05

Shredded or sliced according to use.

STEP 06

Portioned to an exact weight by the automatic scale system, then packed automatically.

STEP 07

Quality verified by metal detection and weight inspection.

STEP 08

Finished products are dispatched safely via the cold chain.
